Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the services offered through the VOLT website (tgckasa.com.tr) and the VOLT mobile application (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you accept these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Platform: the tgckasa.com.tr website and the VOLT mobile application.
- User: a natural person who registers on the Platform and/or uses its services.
- Seller: a user with approved seller status who lists items on the Platform.
- Buyer: a user who purchases an item or places a bid in an auction on the Platform.
2. Registration and account
You must be 18 or older to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, email address and phone number you provide, and for keeping them current. You alone are responsible for the security of your account, including the confidentiality of your password; activity carried out through your account is treated as yours. Contact us immediately if you notice suspicious activity.
3. Live auctions and bidding
The Platform allows sellers to auction items during a live broadcast. A bid placed in an auction is binding: when the auction ends, the highest bidder is deemed to have agreed to buy the item at that price and is obliged to pay. Withdrawing from a won auction without reasonable cause may result in temporary or permanent restriction of your account.
4. Live broadcast and chat rules
Content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing on the rights of others may not be shared in live broadcasts or chat. You can report and block objectionable content or users from inside the app. The Platform reserves the right to remove broadcasts or messages that breach these rules and to suspend the account concerned.
5. Fixed-price sales, payment and wallet
For fixed-price items, an order is processed once payment is approved. Card payments are handled securely through Stripe; your card details are not stored on Platform servers. The in-app wallet exists so that auction proceeds and refunds can be credited to you and used for payments. Sellers are subject to the applicable commission rate on the sale price; rates are stated in the seller panel and/or the seller agreement.
6. Delivery and returns
Orders are dispatched according to stock availability. For return and withdrawal conditions, see the Returns and Exchanges page. For items won at a live auction, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the nature of the item and applicable law.
7. Seller obligations
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listing descriptions, for having the item in stock and for shipping it on time. Misleading listings, sale of counterfeit goods or repeated complaints may lead to withdrawal of seller approval.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, by creating fake accounts, through automated bots, or in any way that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform acts as an intermediary in the sales relationship between users. In disputes between a seller and a buyer the Platform provides reasonable support, but cannot be held directly liable for either party failing to meet its obligations.
10. Suspension and termination
Where these Terms are breached, the Platform may suspend or permanently close the account concerned, with or without prior notice. Users may request deletion of their account at any time from within the app.
11. Changes
The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
12. Governing law
Disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction.
